What it’s for
Sessions, queues, rate limits, leaderboards and the hot data your app reads a thousand times a second. Plexivo Cache speaks the Redis protocol, so the client libraries and frameworks you already use work unchanged — Laravel, Django, Rails, BullMQ, Sidekiq, Celery and more.
Connect in one line
Every cache has a password and serves TLS with its own certificate. Attach its connection string and certificate to your app as secrets:
// Node.js, with ioredis
import Redis from 'ioredis'
// rediss://… and the cache's CA, both from the Connect tab
const cache = new Redis(process.env.REDIS_URL, { tls: { ca: process.env.REDIS_CA } })
await cache.set('greeting', 'hello', 'EX', 60)Your apps and Kubernetes on Plexivo reach it privately, inside Plexivo.
Kept, not just cached
Choose append-only persistence and your data survives restarts on its own volume. Pick the eviction policy that suits you — keep everything, or let the least recently used keys go when memory is full. Pub/Sub channels are visible in the console as they happen.
You decide who connects
Public with TLS, limited to your trusted networks, or private with no internet address at all. From your laptop, plexivo db connect opens a short-lived, encrypted tunnel to it either way.
Simple pricing
From US$12.90 a month for 256 MB of memory with its own 10 GB volume. Grow it in place as your data grows.1
