What you do.
Give Plexivo read access to the source database, or an export of it.
Connect your repository, or name your container image.
Copy over environment variables and secrets; Plexivo never reads them from another provider.
Point your domain at Plexivo once the new copy is verified.
Keep the old environment until you are satisfied, then switch it off yourself.
A short, planned switch.
Databases are copied while your app keeps running. For the final copy, writes to the old database stop so no change is lost. The plan estimates how long before you approve. Plexivo does not promise a migration without any downtime.
Migration credits.
Moving from another provider? Ask for migration credits with a recent bill. When approved, they offset part of your Plexivo usage for the first months. Credits are used only on Plexivo and have no cash value.
Every stack is different.
Some sources need an export or a redeployment. Provider-specific features are reviewed first, and cutover timing depends on the source.
