Who pays Plexivo?
You do, from your partner wallet. You prepay, move credit to each client's wallet, and their services draw from it at Plexivo's list prices. How you bill your clients is up to you.
When are earnings paid?
After each month closes, your statement is worked out from the billing your clients actually paid and credited to your partner wallet. You can see it build up day by day in your console.
What counts towards my tier and earnings?
Your clients' App Runner, Postgres, Cache and Kubernetes billing. Plan fees, taxes, payment charges and third-party pass-through charges don't count.
Do my clients see my brand?
You set your logo, colour and support address in the partner console; your clients see them alongside Plexivo.
Can a client move or leave?
Yes. Take back their unused credit in a click, and Plexivo partner support moves the organisation to another partner or to Plexivo directly — their services keep running.
